Our goals for living in our RV are fairly simple: see new places, meet new people, learn new animals, and enjoy new experiences. In the past six months, we have seen several new places, met some amazing new couples, learned about dozens of new birds and other animals, and had a few memorable experiences.
On Monday, March 20th, we set off full of hope for more "new"s - a new gate, new friends, new wildlife, and new unforgettable moments.

The decision to uproot your life and move from the comforts of a house or apartment to an RV can be a daunting one. Marvin expressed his desire to travel the country in an RV a few years ago, and over the years, we discussed it at length more than once. But it wasn't until 2016 that we decided to take serious steps to make this dream a reality.
The decision itself was intimidating, and the steps we had to take to reach our goal were extensive, but in the end, it was all worth it. Below are our ten reasons that you should cast off the drudgery of your 9-5 job and travel full-time in a recreational vehicle. In November, 2016, we hit the road in our travel trailer. Over the next two months, we drove from Memphis to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and back to Houston. Then at the end of January, we again took to the highways to make our way to Cotulla, TX. Never heard of Cotulla, TX? Great! Let me tell you about this adorable little town.
