Summer Bucket List: Houston

With so much going on in our lives right now - working a bajillion hours while trying to find a house - it's unlikely we'll be getting out of the country anytime soon. Fortunately, Houston offers so much in the way of concerts, fine art productions, green spaces, museums, restaurants, and weekend markets that we don't have to go far to find entertainment galore!

Triple Hatch Green Chili Shrimp Tacos

You may have learned by now that I'm a big fan of tacos and spicy food, so I'm sure it's no surprise that I love spicy tacos. This recipe practically wrote itself as we browsed the aisles at Kroger and Randall's this weekend, with hatch green chili everything throwing itself into our shopping cart.
